This 100 foot onion shaped water tower is located at 401 1st Street West - the western portion of Memorial Park. I don't know if it has been freshly painted or what, but there is no writing or identification on the "bulb" at all - it's just a plain jane tower. There are cell phone grids around the shaft of the tower as well as at the top of the tower.
