This small black marble and grey granite memorial is located on the southwestern grounds of Blair House. The Memorial consists of a central section of grey granite. The Great Seal of the US appears at the top with the text:

Found by accident. Blair House was too nice a building not to be waymarked - the Veterans' Memorial was icing on the cake.
