We do not know the original use of the Gothic building from the 14th century. Perhaps it served as a hospice or as a farm building. According to some historians, the building later served as a convent Latin school (hence the name of the building). The building underwent a Baroque adaptation to the bailiff's office and apartment in the 17th century. After a recent reconstruction, an exposition of the Baroque Library is prepared for visitors to the convent in the building. There is also a Convent hall for cultural and educational events and the Parish Charity Milevsko has found its headquarters here.
