One of the popular Fralinger's Salt Water Taffy outlets located on the New Jersey coast, this outlet is on the 2nd floor shopping concourse inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino along Atlantic City's Boardwalk.
Joseph Fralinger opened his first confectionery in 1884. Legend has it that following a storm which saw his candy supplies contaminated with salt water. Fralinger experimented with this new ingredient, eventually perfecting the salt water taffy that we know today.
The store features taffy, macaroons, chocolates and a variety of other confections, including sugar free varieties.
