Het laatste raadhuis van Hillegersberg is de villa Buitenlust aan de C.N.A. Looslaan 1. Deze villa is in 1884 gebouwd in de stijl van de neorenaissance door architect J.J. van Waning (1830-1917), in opdracht van de familie De Kat. In de loop van de tijd heeft de villa meer gebruikers en functies gehad. Het pand, tot een recente renovatie nog twee decennia kantoor van de Rotterdamse deelgemeente Hillegersberg-Schiebroek, was ook het raadhuis van de nog zelfstandige gemeente Hillegersberg tussen 1921 en 1941 en sedert 1941 hulpsecretarie van Rotterdam en als zodanig een gewilde trouwlocatie. Sedert 2014 is een kinderopvang gehuisvest in de villa.

The last town hall of Hillegersberg is the Buitenlust villa on the C.N.A. Looslaan 1. This villa was built in 1884 in the style of the Neo-Renaissance by architect J.J. van Waning (1830-1917), commissioned by the De Kat family. Over time, the villa has had more users and functions. Until a recent renovation, the building was the office of the Rotterdam borough of Hillegersberg-Schiebroek for two decades, it was also the town hall of the still independent municipality of Hillegersberg between 1921 and 1941 and since 1941 the assistant secretariat of Rotterdam and as such a popular wedding location. Since 2014, childcare has been housed in the villa.
