Aggersundbroen 1942-1992 - Denmark - Grand Opening on Waymarking.com

Den 228 meter lange Aggersundbro blev bygget fra 1939 til 1942. I 1992 fejrede man 50 året for broens indvielse og daværende trafikminister Kaj Ikast var med til at fejre denne særlige dato og afslørede den flotte mindeplade, der findes midt på broen. Kaj Ikast (født 1935) var trafikminister for det konservative folkeparti i perioden 1990-1993.

The 228 meters long Aggersudn Bridge was constructed from 1939 to 1942.

In 1992 the 50'th anniversary of the bridge was celebrated with participation of the former Transport Minister Kaj Ikast who revealed the nice memorial plaque which is situated in the middle of the bridge.
