This 'you are here' can be found adjacent to the car park on the Hill of Kirriemuir, a recreation area which lies to the north-east of the town centre of the little Angus town, famous for its associations with the author and playwright JM Barrie.
The map on the sign points out various places of interest on the hill, including, the pavilion gifted to the town by Barrie, the cricket pitch, BMX track, Neverland play area, and the cemetery, which includes the town's war memorial and Barrie's grave.
Also marked on the map are part of the Kirriemuir Heritage Trail and Kirriemuir Path Network which circumnavigate the hill. A history of activities on the hill is also included on the sign.
