Serving Louisiana Cajun-style seafood. Obviously, their specialty are Po' Boys (Cajun for Sub Sandwiches); catfish, shrimp, chicken, crawfish or alligator. They also have jambalaya and gumbo. The dinner plates are all fried: catfish, chicken wings, crawfish, shrimp, alligator tail, oyster and frog legs.
The building took something around 4 years to complete, starting in April of 2015 and opened for business Aug 21, 2019. Overhead view is nothing different, but from the front it was made to look like it was bounced on one corner. All the vertical lines are skewed. Luckily, the indoor floors are level!
