This former mattress plant is located near Cincinnati, OH. The company was started in 1846. They moved to Lockland in the 1880's along the nearby Miami-Erie Canal. The location was absorbed into the Sealy group in 1993, and then shut down.

Numerous fires in the 1990s and 2000s caused serious damage to the old plant. The final demolition was in 2015.

The former office building is still there, occupied by a retail garden center.
