Van wikipedia: De Krabbeplas is een recreatieplas in de gemeente Vlaardingen en maakt deel uit van Recreatieschap Midden-Delfland. Het recreatiegebied met strandjes, lig- en speelweiden beslaat 214 ha. Het recreatiegebied grenst aan de A20. De Krabbeplasman (een skelet uit de Bronstijd) werd hier in 1990 gevonden.
Eigen observatie: Bij het strand is een restaurant met terras Jofel. Er zijn ook openbare toiletten. In het noorden van het strand is een speelgebied voor kinderen. Rondom het strand zijn veel ligweides.
From wikipedia: The Krabbeplas is a recreational lake in the municipality of Vlaardingen and is part of the Recreation Board Midden-Delfland. The recreation area with beaches, sunbathing and playing meadows covers 214 ha. The recreation area is adjacent to the A20. The Krabbeplasman (a Bronze Age skeleton) was found here in 1990.
Own observation: At the beach is a restaurant with terrace Jofel. There are also public toilets. In the north of the beach is a play area for children. There are many sunbathing areas around the beach.
