Mingo Cemetery is on the southwest side of I-70, south of Colby. It is located on the east side of County Road 24, near the intersection of County Road L.

The cemetery was established in 1889, and in considerably well maintained despite the rural location. The entrance arch and walls are in good condition. It is bordered on three sides by fields, and a low fence surrounds the property on those sides. The side of the property that runs along CO 24 has a wrought iron fence.
