De coördinaten zijn vanaf de snelweg A15 zeer goed zichtbaar, maar het is niet mogelijk om bij het gebouw zelf te komen. Als tip voor een goede foto geef ik u het begin van de Blindeweg in Rotterdam: N 51° 52.165 E 4° 26.266'.
Een drive-by foto vanaf de rijksweg is ook prima.

The coordinates are clearly visible from the A15 motorway, but it is not possible to get to the building itself. As a tip for a good photo I give you the "Blindeweg" in Rotterdam: N 51° 52.165' E 4° 26.266'.
A drive-by photo taken from the highway will do just fine too.

Difference between the post coordinates and your GPSr reading:
The coordinates on the facade seem rather roughly estimated. I was able to approach the building to a distance of 50 metres and my equipment read N 51° 52.033' E 4° 26.250'. According to Google Earth, the main entrance is situated on N 51° 52.029 E 4 ° 26.295'.
Reason for the coordinates: The building is stating its own coordinates.
