De Sint-Bonaventurakerk is een katholieke kerk in de Nederlandse plaats Woerden die is gewijd aan de heilige Bonaventura. De in de kerk huizende geloofsgemeenschap is onderdeel van de Parochie Pax Christi, die valt onder het Bisdom Rotterdam. De kerk staat naast het Kasteel van Woerden en is aangemerkt als rijksmonument.
De kerk gebouwd in 1892, is ontworpen door architect Nicolaas Molenaar sr. en uitgevoerd door C.P.W. Dessing. Het gebouw geldt als een van Molenaars belangrijkste werken. Het is een kruisbasiliek in neogotische stijl, gebaseerd op de vroege Franse gotiek. De kerktoren is 77,2 m hoog en staat daarmee op de 31ste plaats van de lijst van hoogste kerktorens in Nederland. De toren wordt bekroond met een scherpe naaldspits met flankerende torentjes. Deze domineert van verre het profiel van Woerden.
Interieur
Het Interieur van de kerk is rijk gedecoreerd met gekleurde tegelvloer, een marmeren hoogaltaar, zijaltaren, Mariakapel met een smeedijzeren hek van W. Pompe uit Yselstein uit 1894, marmeren doopvont, heiligenbeelden, bundelpijlers met natuurstenen kapitelen, kruisribgewelven en gebrandschilderde ramen waaronder drie uit 1919 van F. Nicolas. In de kerk bevindt zich een orgel, gebouwd door Jos Vermeulen, dat in 1921 in gebruik werd genomen.

The Saint Bonaventura Church is a Catholic church in the Dutch town of Woerden that is dedicated to Saint Bonaventura. The religious community living in the church is part of the Parish Pax Christi, which falls under the Diocese of Rotterdam. The church is next to the Castle of Woerden and has been designated a national monument.
The church, built in 1892, was designed by architect Nicolaas Molenaar sr. And executed by C.P.W. Dessing. The building is one of Molenaar's most important works. It is a neo-Gothic style cross basilica based on early French Gothic. The church tower is 77.2 m high, making it 31st on the list of tallest church towers in the Netherlands. The tower is crowned with a sharp needle point with flanking turrets. This dominates Woerden's profile from afar.
Interior
The interior of the church is richly decorated with colored tiled floors, a marble high altar, side altars, Mary's chapel with a wrought iron gate by W. Pompe from Yselstein from 1894, marble baptismal font, statues of saints, beamed pillars with stone capitals, cross vaults and stained glass windows, including three from 1919. by F. Nicolas. In the church there is an organ, built by Jos Vermeulen, which was put into use in 1921.
