Description of Memorial: Ce monument de granit repose sur deux bases de granit et une plate-forme en béton. Il est entouré d'une chaîne métallique enfilée à travers des poteaux en bois blanc. Le monument mesure environ 12 pieds de haut. Il y a une plaque de bronze sur le devant et une croix gravée dans une couronne près du sommet. Le monument est situé en face de l'église St-Pierre. Le plan d'eau derrière est le port de Chéticamp.
This granite monument rests on two granite bases and a concrete platform. It is surrounded by a metal chain threaded through white wooden posts. The monument is approximately 12 feet high. There is a bronze plaque on the front and an engraved cross within a wreath near the top. The monument is located across from St-Pierre's Church. The body of water behind it is the Chéticamp Harbour.
