Siblings George and Sarah Roland are criminal defense attorneys, and Sarah was active in 2016 in the original placement in town of Little Free Pantries by Serve Denton.
Out front was originally one of the cookie cutter cedar boxes that Serve Denton placed, but obviously, needs are such that we have a replacement. It's armoire-sized, with a Little Free Pantry sign up top, and a small dedication plaque below it. The Roland family sponsored this Little Free Pantry in memory of
Randy Roland, who passed on in 2016.
As of this posting, there wasn't a whole lot inside the pantry, just a handful of dry packaged drink mixes. Notable on the front is a sign asking that visitors limit themselves to five items, as well as a sign offering assistance to those who have or know someone who has an opioid problem.
