To locate this reference mark follow the road to the High Knob Observation Tower to where the ridge levels out and 101 feet south from the wall around the parking area and 12 feet west which is the right side of the road and 22 feet south from a large oak. It's mounted in a narrow rock not much more thick than the width of the disk and 1.5 feet wide by 2 feet tall and in an open area.
