This 1/4 corner is located along the Deschutes National Forest boundary a half mile south of Skyliner Road. The cap is set flush to the ground surface a foot west of fenceline a few feet from a forest boundary sign. The cap was set by the U.S.D.I. Bureau of Land Management in 1978. The cap is marked T 18 S, R 11 E, 1/4, S3, S2.
