This water mill was built in the 40's, under the supervision Emeterio Benedetti who also directed the construction of the nearby silos. These structures worked as a team and made use of the old train station, located nearby.

It started functioning in 1941, dealing with Argentinian wheat. It was able to process 50 tons a day, and it employed 80 persons. Later on started processing national cereals.

It was active until 1989. Recently, in 2015, it was renovated for cultural / touristic purposed.
Current Status: Still In Use

Current Use: Renovated recently, awaiting government decision.
