The short description should be all one would need to find Benchmark 67C002 once they find the church. It's quite noticeable in the wall closest to the alley behind the church, in the concrete foundation below the bright white wall and a foot or so above the pavement.
If one needs more help, the church is on the southwest corner of Victoria Street and 5th Avenue. If one doesn't dally they may park in the alley pretty much right at the Benchmark.
