Along the stretch of the Trans-Canada Highway between Boston Bar and Yale are
7 tunnels, built between 1957 and 1964, as part of the Trans-Canada Highway. From South to North the tunnels are: Yale (1963), Saddle Rock (1958), Sailor Bar (1959), Alexandra (1964), Hell's Gate(1960), Ferrabee (1964) and China Bar (1961).
66C132 was monumented in 1966 in the south face of the south end of the northernmost of the tunnels, China Bar Tunnel. It is in the centre of the west face, on the west side of the highway, just above ground level.
For easy parking, there is a large pullout just at the south end of the tunnel, on the west side of the highway.
