Holocaust memorial, composed from two objects - modern abstract sculpture and stone tablet with names of victims, you can find in the garden in the front of former Kutná Hora New synagogue (currently Church of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church).

The Holocaust Memorial in Kutná Hora was ceremoniously unveiled on June 5, 2008 in front of the former synagogue, which today serves the congregation of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church. On this day in 1942, most of the local Jews were deported from the Kolín assembly center to Terezín and then further east, where almost everyone found death in the hell of the extermination camps. The support of the Memorial from the city was rather symbolic, it was necessary to look for other sources of funding - private donors, but mainly through grant and foundation programs. The idea of building the Memorial was supported by the Czech Council for Victims of Nazism, the Holocaust Victim Endowment Fund and Philip Morris Charitable Fund. Professor Ludvík Bass, grandson of the long-time pre-war deputy mayor of the Jewish Community in Kutná Hora, Alois Bass, became an important donor.

The world-famous sculptor, Professor Aleš Veselý, a native of nearby Cáslav, was acquired to create the Memorial. He conceived it as a kind of memento, a reminder of suffering accompanying the history of the Jews. The six-pointed star motif became a symbol of the Jewish tragedy of the Shoah. The second part of the memorial si a simple black syenite tablet with engraved names of Kutná Hora victims of the Holocaust.

The tablet bears following inscription:
