Depicted pictoresque small burgher house N° 562 in Jakubská Street (dum c.p. 562 v Jakubské ulici) with Empire-style facade and Gothic-Baroque core is one of valuable witnesses of architectonic development of medieval centre of Kutná Hora.

House N° 562 was founded probably before 1415, from that time Gothic cellars remain as a base of the later constructions. The subsequent Baroque core structure (erected ca 1780) was substantially reshaped by Empire-style facade in 1861-1874. House N° 562 is a plastered brick storeyed house (with a loft wall) of a rectangular ground plan with an angled corner, situated NW from the church of St. Jacob in Kutná Hora centre. In the buildins's corner is a niche with Baroque statue of St. Jude Thaddaeus (Jude the Apostle) with a baldaquin.
