The three-storey house with an arcade is a eveidence of the town
reconstruction at the beginning of the 20th century. The facade of the building is Art Nouveau, with rich stucco plant decoration and with a bay window on the left side. The house represents one of many diverse Art Nouveau solutions in Trutnov. It is also a valuable example of Art Nouveau architecture with an interesting stucco facade. It respects the original medieval structure of the historic center.
