ON THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF THE YARD AT THE CURVE IN THE SIDEWALK. 43.5 FT (13.3 M) EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF VAN ALSTYNE BLVD, 24.7 FT (7.5 M) NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE BRICK HOUSE AT 3005 VAN ALSTYNE BLVD, 19.3 FT (5.9 M) SOUTHWEST OF THE NORTH EDGE OF THE SIDEWALK, BEING A STANDARD NOS DISK, STAMPED 4030 J 1995 CRIMPED TO THE END OF A STAINLESS STEEL ROD DRIVEN 36.0 FT (11.0 M) TO REFUSAL, 6 INCHES BELOW THE GROUND LEVEL, PROTECTED BY A 6 INCH PVC PIPE WITH AN ALUMINUM ACCESS COVER STAMPED 4030 J, SURROUNDED BY A MASS OF CONCRETE WHICH IS FLUSH WITH THE GROUND.
