Located on the north wall of the church near the corner of Carlton St. and Jarvis St. about 15cm from the corner and 0.5m above the sidewalk. Rectangular bronze survey monument installed in the wall. Typical BM benchmark plate. Part of the plate has been chiseled out including all but the last digit in the identifying number.
