The Burnett Bridge opened on 24 August 1900 is an eight span hog-back lattice truss bridge each of 51.9m with cylindrical piers and concrete abutments. The bridge carries two traffic lanes and a footpath, once over the river on the north side the bridge continues across the floodplain for half it's length
