Findagrave provides no information as to the relationship between these three, but they were probably siblings, with Floy and Flora being twin sisters, and Bertie being a brother: Floy and Flora each have the emblem of the Order of the Eastern Star above their names, with the Supreme Forest Woodmen Circle emblem below, while Bertie has the two-headed eagle of the Freemasons, and the triangle with "32" identifies him as a 32nd Degree Mason. For the uninitiated, the Freemasons tend to be male-only, while the Order of the Eastern Star tend to be women-only. Those lines have blurred a bit in modern days, but you would have to ask a member about the details.
The family name, "Hall", is prominent across the top of both sides, and on the reverse are "Flora", "Bertie", and "Floy". On the front, their respective names and dates read:
Floy J.
Sept. 22, 1878
Oct. 23, 1931
Bertie O.
Feb. 3, 1880
Oct. 5, 1960
Flora E.
Sept. 22, 1878
June 17, 1969
