Baroque Church of St. Wenceslas and St. Blaise (Kostel Sv. Václava a Sv. Blažeje) in Decín was built in 1751–1778 on the site of the original Gothic parish church with the same consecration, which was built in 1492.
The church is a rectangular triple-nave structure with a semicircular closed presbytery and a prismatic tower above the western façade. In niches on the sides of the façade we can find statues of church's patrons - St. Wenceslas and St. Blaise. The church was reconstructed several times - the last reconstruction, which took place at the end of the 20th century, lasted 17 years. On September 28, 1992, the church was reconsecrated and now serves as a filial church of Decín-I Roman Catholic parish.
