There's a board behind the counter, listing your options by the pound: Brisket (chopped or sliced), baby back ribs, sausage (regular or jalapeño), turkey, pulled pork, and baked potatoes, stuffed or plain. Of course, you can put together a sandwich with all of those except the ribs -- the HogGobbler is a combination of turkey and sausage -- and their sides include mac and cheese, hash brown potato salad, cole slaw, beans, and smoked corn on the cob. You can also do mac and cheese smothered in barbecue (your choice) as a meal option. They've got you covered on dessert, too, with cobbler and pie. Besides soft drinks and the ubiquitous iced tea, they also have a few cocktails, beer, and wine.

Those looking to go big can order The Roundup ($32), which is a selection of all of their meats and four sides, and The Hungry Cowboy ($16) has smaller selection of all their meats, with two sides. You can always order additional barbecue by the pound until you're full!

They have a small indoor seating area, suitably rustic, with a television. It opens up into the outdoor stage, where there is picnic table seating for live events, and when those are happening (on the weekends), it can get a little wild here. They don't mind if you bring your own chair, and check with their website for tickets and times. They also have free wi-fi, with a couple of outlets at the front of the restaurant if you need to plug in. They are very active on Facebook.
