The final resting place of centenarian Howard Carleton Jr. is at Sunset Memorial Gardens. He and his spouse Helen share a double horizontal marker that is on the northwest side of the sculpture at the center of the grounds. Howard served in the military and has a second headstone in this plot.
Despite serving in both World Wars, Howard lived to the age of 100!
He had two younger siblings: Ruby and Lee.
