The weathervane is in the shape of a sailboat, which is roughly 1 foot tall. The weathervane itself is roughly 20 feet above the ground and it is above the main entrance to the pier. When I visited on February 8, 2020 the place was deserted. However, in the summertime it can be challenging to find parking.
