The cemetery was taken into use in 1921. The area of the cemetery is 11.7 ha, of which 7.7 ha is in use.
The western cemetery has grassy coffin compartments. The urn grave compartments can be found as a grassy, lined with ground cover plants or as a natural forest, in which case the grave preserves sparrow and moss vegetation.
