If you've never been to Smokin Joe's Rib Ranch, you've really missed something. After hearing about it for years, we finally made a stop. It's a popular place, so plan on leaving time for a possible wait, and come hungry.

This sculpture is the neck and head of a horse. Not being familiar around a farm, we weren't able to identify all the pieces and parts used. We did recognize saw blades, exhaust pipes, parts of a horse's bridle, tool handles, and a shovel mounted to the stand. The sculpture is about 5 feet tall, and supported by the wheel of a truck. It's quite intricate and includes dozens of welded items.
