This oak tree can be found in the grassy Quad outside the Mason Lounge in the Arts Faculty building and the School of Mathematics (Watson Building) on the Edgbaston campus of the University.
The tree is identified by a dedication plaque on the wall of the Arts Faculty building outside the Mason Lounge as an Oak. The dedication on the plaque is as follows:
'The En-tout-cas Oak
Donated to the University by
and Dedicated to the Memory of
Terry Beadnell
National Projects Director
En-tout-cas plc
January 1992.'The co-ordinates of the plaque are: N 52° 27.056 W 001° 55.726

The video was made in 1995 and depicts Mason Lounge very much as it was when I was an undergraduate in the late 1970's.
