TThis clock can be found above the main entrance to building Y17 Public Health on the University of Birmingham's Edgbaston Campus it is literally overshadowed by the Joseph Chamberlain Memorial Clock Tower, which is also known as 'Old Joe'.

The clock is mounted in a recessed brick panel of the tower above the buildings main entrance. The building was designed by the architects Martin, Ward &Keeling and dates from 1996-1998.
The Clock has a black face with gold-coloured minute markers and Roman numerals at the five-minute intervals. The Clock has gold-coloured hour and minute hands.
