Post Oak Cemetery lies on the far northwest corner of Indiahoma. The coordinates shown above are at the east entrance, off N.W. Indiahoma Road. The cemetery is a rectangular area with a chain link fence surrounding it. There are approximately 1130 burials currently.

The Post Oak Mission was a mission to the Comanche which started in 1896. Currently, there is a Post Oak Mennonite Brethren Church east of the cemetery. The cemetery has a few trees and gravel and dirt drives around the perimeter and several east-west. An open wood pavilion is on location for funerals.
