The Little Free Library website notes that this was placed for a Girl Scout Gold Award project, but details are scant. The box is on an untreated wooden post, and completely made of wood. It resembles a house -- no, it doesn't resemble the Perry house -- and most of it is mustard yellow, with metallic gray trim and a shingled roof. The side trim looks like there are two arrows pointing upwards. Inside is a plate from Wall to Wall Woodworks (Meridian, MS), who specialize in making custom Little Free Libraries.
