The bridge over Saltwater Creek was constructed in 1894 on a short branch line to the Woongarra district, the bridge comprises a 15m half-through plate girder with steel cross girders supported by cast iron cylinder piers with screw piles, on either side are braced timber trestles. The bridge is now used for a pedestrian and cycle crossing of the creek.
