The Italianate style Bundaberg Post Office was built in 1891, to replace the former 1879 building on the same site . The two storey is on the corner of Barolin St and features a six storey clock tower set at 45 degrees to the main building, the ground floor has pillars and arches and the upper floor has colonial verandahs and cast-iron balustrades
