This Clock tower is relatively new, and has some interesting features. The newest of which is the obelisk under the tower that includes a good amount of historical information on Circle Pines.

For more information, check out the City's Webpage that has the details on the dedication ceremony, clock, and obelisk. As you'll note, this Clock Tower is important enough to them that it has it's own section on their website.
