Pourtant, la consécration du programme immobilier pensé par Sou Fujimoto et OXO, achitectes associés, Nicolas Laisné et Dimitri Roussel, architectes mandataires, est arrivée le 19 février. 95.000 visiteurs du site d'architectes internationaux Archdaily ont élu la tour résidentielle de Montpellier plus beau bâtiment du monde dans la catégorie Immeuble de Logements.

Visites guidées
Aujourd'hui l'office du tourisme de Montpellier propose chaque semaine une visite guidée le long du Lez qui se finit au pied de la résidence de 17 étages et composée de 113 logements.
