This dedicated bench honors Beth Lynn Adwell and is located in Tualatin Hills Nature Park in Beaverton, Oregon. I was not able to find much public information about Beth. Her maiden name was Schwartz and her husbands name is William. Beth was born in New York City on 15 October 1963 and died 51 years later on 13 November 2014. I assume this is a private memorial placed by the family. The bench is a plastic like material and can be found along the Oak Trail within the park. The plaque reads: "In Memory of my wife Beth Lynn Adwell 10-15-63 to 11-13-2014 Born New York City, New York She will always be in My Heart in this Park." The coordinates are set to the dedicated bench. Tualatin Hills Nature Park is located at 15655 S.W. Millikan Way Beaverton, Oregon. There is off-street parking on the east side of the park from SW Millikan Way. The park is open dawn to dusk every day.

From Wikipedia: "The Tualatin Hills Nature Park is a 222-acre nature park and wildlife preserve in Beaverton, Oregon, owned by the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD). It is one of THPRD's two nature parks along with Cooper Mountain Nature Park. The park features 5 miles (8 km) of trails, of which 1.5 miles are paved and 3.5 miles unpaved. The park features a diverse environment including several types of both evergreen and deciduous trees as well as creeks, wetlands, ponds, and meadows. Located on 15655 S.W. Millikan Way, at the main entrance to the park, is the Tualatin Hills Nature Center"

From the park website: "In the heart of Beaverton, Cedar Mill Creek spills into the westward flowing Beaverton Creek. Surrounding this confluence is the Tualatin Hills Nature Park, a remarkably diverse 222-acre wildlife preserve with wetlands, forests and streams that are habitat to insects, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals. The park features about five miles of trail; 1.5 miles of trails are paved, while the remaining 3.5 miles are well-maintained, soft-surface trails. The Oak Trail and sections of the Vine Maple Trail are paved and wheelchair accessible."
