This two-story, red-brick building is located at 119 W. Peoria St. The first floor fenestration consists of a single wood and glass door to the left of the facade and a small stained glass panel on the right. What appears to have been bay window have been covered with horizontal timbering. Second floor fenestration is three double hung three-over-three paned windows with concrete sills and lintels. A date and name stone is centered above the window and reads: 1922 C.G. Hoover. Dentilated brickwork appears at the cornice.
