In the middle of the public beach in Sarandë there are some remains of an ancient Roman portico from the 2nd Century AD.

These ruins are located on the beach in the center of Sarandë.

They are remains from an portico and said to be from the 2nd century AD. I could not find any further details. There are no informations on site, just a plaque that says it is a cultural monument and protected by the state.
Most Relevant Historical Period: Roman Empire > 27 B.C.

Admission Fee: 300 Lek for the beach, but the ruins are just two metes from public ground.
