The building at 108-110 W. 4th in downtown Hobart is a Contributing Building to the Downtown Hobart Historic District. It was built in 1903 just after the town was founded.
This is a two-story brick building with two storefronts. Above the clerestory at 108 W. 4th is the name "HOLLYWOOD SHOP". Beneath this it reads: "EDISONS AND VICTROLAS". Above the clerestory at 110 W. 4th the ghost continues with "MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS".
The brand names of Edison and Victrola show the age of this ghost as most young people today would not recognize those brand names.
