The area has public access and there are several hiking trails in the dune landscape. Sheep and cattle graze the area.
The rare plant Spring-Spergel (Latin name: Spergula morisonii) can be found here.
To the north and west are Øle stream and Slusegård watermill.
The Baltic Sea is to the south. East of the place there are woods and cottages.

Området har offentlig adgang og er der er flere vandreruter i klitlandskabet. Får og kvæg afgræsser området.
Den sjældne plante Vår-Spergel( Latinsk navn: Spergula morisonii) kan ses i foråret.
Mod nord og vest ligger Øle å og Slusegård vandmølle.
Mod syd ligger Østersøen. Øst for stedet er der skov og sommerhuse.
