The public beach of Sarandë is south of the town center between the ferry port and the marina.

It is a mix of sand and pebbles. The beach is only a few meters wide and maybe 300 meters long. It has a concrete diving platform, maybe two meters high. On one side there are some ancient Roman ruins in the middle of the beach.

The ticket price of 300 Lek (about 2.65 $) looks hefty to me, but I visited in October, which is quite late. What I have seen on pictures from the high season, there are lot of sunbeds, umbrellas, sports equipment rentals, ice cream stands and more. And the water is really very clear and looks also clean.
