From the foundation stones this church could be as old as the 1860's but nothing is definite that I could find.

A review from the web by Donna D. about this church:
This is a very friendly church in a small town where everyone is welcome to come. The Pastor here is so nice and really cares about the people in the church. I have personally witnessed him visiting some of my family members while in the hospital. The church has lots of different programs for all ages. They support foreign and home mission projects. It's located on the main street of town and has plenty of parking.

Update: Organized as the Second Baptist Church, 1870, building built in 1872, name change some time around the turn of the century (1900)... ~ General History of Macon County, Vol I, White, pp. 161-167
