It appears to be some sort of castle or at least a tower. The small windows are painted on, but the glass door is real. Inside is a stuffed Minnie Mouse. The architect of this monument must have had experience working concrete, as the entire structure IS concrete. The "roof" has amazing cog-like details and the edges on the triangle on top are clean.
