The Kiowa County Historical Museum is located at 518 S. Main in the Rock Island railroad depot built in 1905. In front of the depot in a small garden, Paul and Lucy Bieberdorf have donated a large rock to the museum. The gray rock is shaped like the state of Oklahoma, complete with an extended portion simulating the Oklahoma Panhandle. This is quite amazing and must have been a shock when found on their property.
